Elvaan Group acquires Jade Equipment

Elvaan Group has announced it has acquired Jade Equipment Company.

Founded in 1988 and based in Alberta and Central Ontario, Jade Equipment is known as a provider of motor graders and a dealer for the road machinery, construction and mining equipment industries, representing brands like JCB, Easi-pour and several major roadbuilding brands.

Mukherjee explained the acquisition of Jade Equipment, effective Aug. 3, 2023, will allow Elvaan Group to reach new markets and grow within the construction, utility and mining equipment sectors.

Elvaan Group is the parent company of Elvaan Equipment Solutions, formerly Trenchless Utility Equipment, one of Canada’s largest Develon dealers. The Mississauga, Ontario-based company also carries machinery from Terra Trenchless, Ammann Group, Universal, Melfred Borzall, JLG and Skyjack.

Elvaan Group aims to become one of Canada’s Top 5 construction equipment dealers by 2033. The company’s strategic roadmap includes a national presence and a commitment to delivering quality solutions to customers.
